Voceon is a distributor, not a manufacturer, of the products it provides. Voceon’s value add service will extend to the End User all manufacturer’s and vendor’s warranties from the date of invoice. Warranties vary by vendor and product line. All exclusions apply including damage from accident, abuse, misuse, negligence, extreme conditions, humidity, service from another service provider, use of unapproved, incorrect or faulty service parts and/or accessories. Opening or otherwise tampering with the equipment, including upgrading or repairing by unauthorized personnel, will also void all warranties. As rule of thumb equipment such as radios and repeaters are repaired not replaced while most accessories i.e. batteries and speaker microphones are replaced and not repaired. Repair or replacement will be solely at Voceon’s discretion.

Returns need to have an RMA issued within 30 days of purchase from our Houston office, shipped back to Voceon Digital Radio Communications prepaid. Equipment being returned must be new and in the original packing to receive full credit. Restocking fees may apply.
